I must say I am having a little problem with breastfeeding this time around. The first day, I had a little bit milk and then nothing ... Baby Nuha was so frustrated, plus she had some problems latching on. I drank lots and lots of Anmum milk .... thank god, the milk came. I continued drinking lots of Annum milk and water. The milk supply is enough for her but when I pump my milk, I only manage to get 2 ounces after nearly an hour. That is horribly little, not even enough for one feeding.
I mentioned this problem to a friend whom I have never met but we have the same name and so much in common. Luckily, we have different nicknames, Jaja meet Zaza, he he he ... otherwise, it'll be like calling myself.
Back to the breasfeeding problem, Zaza gave me a link to her friend's blog on ways to increase breastmilk supply. It is actually in the comment of the previous post but I think it deserves a post of its own.
Hope this will help other breastfeeding moms or working moms who need to pump milk for their babies.
Thanks a bunch Zaza!
An additional tip, Zaza also said not to worry or be stressed out. I tried expressing my milk very early in the morning, after a good night's rest and just before baby Nuha wakes for her next feed, I managed to get 4 ounces in 15 minutes, not bad eh compared to the measly 2 ounces?!

Hiya there..congrats on the new baby! Sorry to be so slow to comment - hv not been around checking other people's blogs lately :(
btw, looooove the name Nuha - thought of naming my own girl that name too whenever I come around to making one that is...;-)
Yah, Horlicks works. There's an increase of like 50% Try lobak putih as well, the taste is kinda bitter but bitter is better than sweet. Hahaha I've never cooked lobak putih before this so the taste was startling at first but one acquires the taste soon enough.
